Conditions of Use

Article 1 – Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms are understood to mean:

  1. Withdrawal period : the period within which the consumer may exercise his right of withdrawal;

  2. Consumer : the natural person who, outside his or her professional or business activity, concludes a distance contract with the trader;
  3. Day : calendar day;

  4. Continuous transaction : a distance contract for a series of products and/or services, the delivery and/or purchase obligation of which is spread over a certain period of time;

  5. Durable medium : any means which enables the consumer or trader to store information addressed personally to him in a way which allows future consultation and unaltered reproduction of the stored information;

  6. Right of withdrawal : the possibility for the consumer to withdraw from the distance contract within the withdrawal period;

  7. Entrepreneur : the natural or legal person who offers products and/or services to consumers at a distance;

  8. Distance contract : a contract which, within the framework of a system organised by the trader for the distance sale of products and/or services, uses exclusively means of distance communication up to the conclusion of the contract;

  9. Distance communication technology : means that can be used to conclude a contract without the consumer and the trader being present at the same time in the same place.

Article 3 – Applicability

These General Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer. Before concluding the distance contract, the consumer will be provided with the text of these General Terms and Conditions. If this is not possible, the consumer will be informed that the General Terms and Conditions are available for inspection at the entrepreneur's premises and will be sent free of charge upon request.

Article 4 – The offer

  1. Offers are non-binding. The entrepreneur reserves the right to change the offer.
  2. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products or services offered. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding on the entrepreneur.
  3. All images and specifications are for guidance only. Colors shown in images may vary from actual colors.

Article 5 – The Treaty

  1. The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and fulfils the relevant conditions.
  2. In the case of electronic conclusion, the entrepreneur shall immediately confirm receipt of acceptance electronically.
  3. The entrepreneur shall take appropriate technical measures to ensure the security of electronic transmission.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

  1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by them receives the goods.
  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must clearly inform the entrepreneur (e.g. by e-mail).
  3. The consumer shall bear the costs of returning the goods.

Article 7 – Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

An exclusion of the right of withdrawal only applies if this is expressly mentioned in the offer and the consumer was informed of this before the contract was concluded.

Article 8 – Prices

  1. The prices stated in the offer are final prices including statutory VAT. Any import duties and taxes are to be borne by the consumer.
  2. Price changes are reserved before the contract is concluded.

Article 9 – Delivery

The entrepreneur will exercise the utmost care in accepting and processing orders.
Delivery times are generally six to 12 days after shipment. Should there be a delay in delivery, the customer can check this themselves via the "Track Order" page on our website. Using the Track & Trace code, the customer can track the status of their package at any time.

Article 10 – Payment

  1. Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
  2. The consumer must immediately report any discrepancies in the invoice.

Article 11 – Complaints

  1. The entrepreneur has a complaints procedure and will respond to incoming complaints within 14 days.
  2. If the consumer is not satisfied with the handling of his complaint, he can contact the relevant consumer protection authority.

Article 12 – Applicable law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of UK  

Article 13 – Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

The entrepreneur reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions. Changes will be communicated to the consumer at least 14 days before they take effect.
