Average delivery times
At Noir Wear, we strive for the best value by shipping our products directly from the supplier. This allows us to significantly save on transportation, storage, packaging, and shipping costs, while offering our products at a fair price. The total delivery time, including processing, is typically between 6 and 12 days.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped from our distribution center within 2-5 days. We do our best to process your order as quickly as possible.
Delays
Although 97% of orders are delivered within the stated delivery time, delays may occur in some cases. This can be caused by unforeseen circumstances. For questions or updates regarding your order, you can contact us at any time by email at info@noir-wear.com.
Free Shipping
We cover the shipping costs and deliver every order to your home FREE OF CHARGE, with no minimum order value.
Canceling your orders
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing your order. Unfortunately, cancellation is no longer possible after this time, as the order will be shipped and processed directly to our warehouse. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the product, within which you can return the order.

Track your order
You will receive an email with tracking information once your items have been shipped. You can also track your order via our Track & Trace page on the website. Track & Trace information may take up to 5 days after placing your order to become visible.
