Right of return
Return conditions
At Noir Wear, we want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a return policy that allows you to return your order within 30 days of receipt.
Return conditions:
- Return period: You have 30 days to return your product, starting from the date of receipt.
- Product Condition: Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging so they can be resold.

Exceptions: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Hygiene products such as underwear, bras, tights and cosmetics.
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Items that cannot be returned due to their nature.
Canceling your order:
- Cancellation period : You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.
- Cancellation rule for PayPal orders : The cancellation rule applies only to PayPal orders.
- There is NO cancellation option for credit card orders.
Return process:
- Register return: Send an email to info@noir-wear.com register your return. Include your contact information and order number, and attach clear photos or videos of any defects or damage.
- Returns: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the items. Please ensure that you return the items in perfect condition and that all terms and conditions are met.
- Shipping costs: The customer is responsible for returning your order. These costs are non-refundable.
- Proof of Postage: Don’t forget to send the proof of postage to us at info@noir-wear.com. The best way to do this is to reply to the previous email contact.
Damaged products:
If a product is damaged upon receipt, we'll offer you a free replacement. Please ensure you provide photo or video evidence clearly proving the damage.
Refund:
Refunds for returned items will be processed within 14 business days of the supplier receiving the returned item.
Notes:
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or issues during the shipping process. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the return policy is not met. Please note that your items, if applicable, must be returned to one of our warehouses, which may be located overseas depending on stock availability.
